87 year old female - low attenuation liver lesions ?mets

Pt had diverticular abscess and septicaemia, sepsis extended to liver. Abscess with surrounding fibrosis and mass effect. Some vessels and trapped ducts look atypical but are reactive in nature

Well differentiated HCC. Canalicular pattern of CEA staining. "Balling up, rolling off"

Hep C viral hepatitis. A few ground glass hepatocytes raising possibility of HepB.
