Answers87 year old female - low attenuation liver lesions ?mets Pt had diverticular abscess and septicaemia, sepsis extended to liver. Abscess with surrounding fibrosis and mass effect. Some vessels and trapped ducts look atypical but are reactive in nature | Case 1 | 1b | 1c | 9cm mass in RLL Well differentiated HCC. Canalicular pattern of CEA staining. "Balling up, rolling off" | Case 2 | 2b | 2c | Abnormal LFTs . Mild fatigue Hep C viral hepatitis. A few ground glass hepatocytes raising possibility of HepB. | Case 3 | 3b | | ?cholestatic hepatitis due to abx. PMH of oesoph ca and renal tx Metastatic PD adenocarcinoma.
